Starting in 2005 as an accountant in the BAT division, she quickly progressed to a supervisor role before transitioning into the Operations team in 2013. From there, Patricia’s career flourished as she took on the role of Financial Controller and ultimately became the Manager of Finance and Operations. Over the years, she has embraced countless lessons, but one that stands out is learning not to be too hard on herself. Balancing a successful career with family life has been made easier by TAG’s unwavering support and strong team culture. What Patricia enjoys most about TAG is the collaborative and encouraging environment, where a can-do attitude and willingness to help each other define the workplace. Since starting in 2014, Jason has witnessed TAG’s continuous evolution, from obtaining its own AFSL to consistently finding new ways to connect with people and add value to their lives. Over the past decade, Arden has had two careers within TAG, first as an accountant in the Superannuation Advisory and Audit division, where he rose to a leadership role, and then transitioning to the Investment Advisory and Wealth division. For the past six years, he has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. One of the most valuable lessons he has learned is the depth of knowledge required to be a truly effective Financial Advisor—not just in investing, but in developing holistic wealth strategies that make a lasting impact. What Arden appreciates most about TAG is the positive collaboration across divisions and the supportive culture that allows him to balance a fulfilling career with his family life.
