Move Delayed
Our new office is in the final stages of completion. Unfortunately, due to current challenges facing the construction industry, our team will be working remotely and moving into the new premises at 17 Station St, Malvern once complete.
Maintaining our Service Standards
Whilst we are working remotely, our team will be available, and our service standards will be maintained:
- Email queries – will be responded to within 1 business day.
- Phone contact – any phone contact will be responded to within 1 business day.
- Online meetings – we are set up to run online meetings.
- Face to Face meetings – we can meet at your premises or a mutually agreed location.
Mail and Documentation
Mail can be sent to our new postal address – PO Box 329, Malvern, 3144.
If you need to drop off documentation, please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements with you.
Our New Office
We are excited about moving and expecting to be fully operational during July. We will communicate the date that we will be fully trading as soon as possible, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new home – TAG House at 17 Station St, Malvern.
